The program was divided over 4 buildings for efficient circulation of the various processes of a dairy. The building design in terms of planning, for distribution of traffic, height of structure, scale of openings and use of mechanical and electrical systems was targeted towards the optimal flow of he activity that comprises the day to day operations of the dairy. The buildings were interconnected by either floor level pathways or over bridges that transported material between them. A combination of red painted and grey bricks were used to diversity on the facades and yet keep a rustic appeal to the structure.
