Rajiv worked on projects such as restoration of heritage structures, community housing projects for non-profits, redevelopment of older building using additional FAR, and interior design of sports club complex. Over time has developed an expertise in construction techniques, detailing and code compliance issues. Prone to questioning all aspects of the design and determined to work through the issues related to realization of a design intention. Rajiv has received his Masters in Architecture from Pratt Institute in, Brooklyn, NY Registered with the Council of Architecture & Indian Institute of Interior Designers.

The Forbes India October 2011 copy proclaimed it as a ‘one of a kind’ plush home with an eye for detail and a design flair that is eminently bold, her goal is to integrate technology with tradition. Contributing her evolution to the summer internship with Bijoy Jain and her subsequent years of training at Talati & Panthaky her style is an amalgamation of intuitive aesthetics and opulence. But it was living in Manhattan that influenced her, the most. Working with Cooper Robertson & Partners, one of New York’s leading urban design firm she worked on projects that ranged from ‘ground zero’ restorations to planning city waterfronts. Apoorva has received her Masters of Architecture from The University of California, Los Angeles and her Bachelors from Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture and Environmental Studies, Mumbai.

Strong belief is that the built environment should be an expression of architectural ideas which are forcefully explored and sensitively conceptualized as a response to context and design requirements. Maithili has received her Masters in Architecture and Urban design from Columbia University, New York, NY Undergraduate degree in Architecture from C.E.P.T. Ahmedabad.
